Circle of Security Therapy (often called the Circle of Security Parenting program or COS) is an evidence based, attachment focused intervention designed to strengthen the relationship between young children (typically ages 0 to 6) and their parents or caregivers. Rather than a therapy for children alone, it is primarily a parenting intervention that helps adults better understand and respond to their child’s emotional needs.

The Parents of Teens Connection Workshop is a 10 session group protocol designed to strengthen emotional regulation, communication, and trust between parents and adolescents. This program integrates principles from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology to help families build resilience and connection.

First play therapy is an early intervention therapeutic approach specifically designed for young children, typically aged 2 to 6 years old.
