In this customized version of the Strengthening Families Program, your family will receive one-on-one support to strengthen your parenting tools, support your child’s emotional regulation, and deepen your family’s sense of trust and connection.

Each session blends playful activities, open conversation, and practical skill-building tailored to your family’s unique needs. Parents and children both participate, making it a powerful way to grow as a team.

This series includes 10 weekly sessions for the whole family.
