In the quiet rhythm of a gentle story massage, something powerful happens — your child softens, your connection deepens, and the world slows down just enough to breathe together. FirstPlay® is a nurturing, attachment-based approach that uses playful storytelling and respectful touch to help children feel safe, seen, and regulated.

In these one-on-one sessions, you’ll learn how to offer FirstPlay® at home, using your voice and hands to become a calming presence in your child’s emotional world. Especially helpful for children who have experienced stress, trauma, or difficulty with regulation, FirstPlay® offers a deeply reparative way to build trust and security — right in the relationship you already have.

This series includes 6–8 individual parent-child sessions, scheduled weekly.
Ideal for children ages 2 to 7.
