Description
The Parent & Teen Connection Workshop is a 10-session group protocol designed to strengthen emotional regulation,
communication, and trust between parents and adolescents. This program integrates principles from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),
attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology to help families build resilience and connection.
Each session follows a structured 90-minute format with grounding exercises, psychoeducation, experiential practice,
and reflection. Facilitators are encouraged to maintain a stance of curiosity, attunement, and cultural humility throughout.
This group meets weekly for 10 sessions. Families can attend together.
Ideal for families with children ages 11 to 18.
