Description
Support and insight in a shared, reflective space
Join others in a welcoming, non-clinical group designed to support those raising, teaching, or working with children. These group consultations offer a space to share experiences, gain perspective, and reflect on challenges — all while learning practical strategies grounded in child development, attachment, and nervous system regulation.
Common topics include:
- Behavior and boundary-setting
- Parent/child communication
- Caregiver burnout and overwhelm
- Screen time, sleep, and sibling dynamics
- Supporting children through transitions or grief
- Creating co-regulation and emotional safety at home or in the classroom
Whether you’re a parent, foster parent, educator, or other caregiver, this group provides connection, encouragement, and a place to be real about how hard (and rewarding) caregiving can be.
This is not therapy and not a substitute for clinical treatment.
Offered as drop-in sessions or short series.
Open to caregivers, educators, and helping professionals.
